CREATING AND DESIGNATING SEVERAL PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY LANTIC, MUNICIPALITY OF CARMONA, PROVINCE OF CAVITE AS TOURISM ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate several parcels of land of the private domain as tourism economic zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 02-342 dated 10 October 2002 and Resolution No. 06-570 dated 18 December 2006 as amended by Resolution No. 08-239 dated 28 April 2008, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, located at Barangay Lantic, Carmona, Cavite to be known as San Lazaro Leisure and Business Park, consisting an area of Five Hundred Forty Two Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Four (542,294) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
