AMENDING BATAS PAMBANSA BILANG 408 WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN BARANGAY DOROLUMAN, MUNICIPALITY OF ARAKAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO AS SCHOOL SITE FOR COTABATO FOUNDATION COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (CFCST) BY GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF TO CFCST

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of environment and natural resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, president of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Batas Pambansa Bilang 408 dated June 10, 1983 which reserved certain parcels of land of the public domain located in Barangay Dorolurnan, Municipality of Arakan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, with aggregate area of TEN MILLION (10, 000,000. 00) SQUARE METERS, as site of the Cotabato Foundation College for Science and Technology by granting ownership thereof in favor of the Cotabato Foundation College for Science and Technology, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

The Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology (CFCST) shall have full ownership of the land covered by this Proclamation.

This proclamation is subject to a minimum road right of way requirements of the Department of Public Works and Highways pursuant to E.O. No. 621.

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be used exclusively for educational purposes and shall be non-alienable nor subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.

The Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue a Special Patent covering the area herein reserved for school site purposes in favor of Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology.
