PROCLAMATION NO. 1570

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT MAC ARTHUR HIGHWAY CORNER MA-A ROAD, DAVAO CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 08-149 dated 13 March 2008, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the NCCC Davao IT Center as Information Technology Center located at Mac Arthur Highway Corner Ma-a Road, Davao City, which stands on two parcels of land of the private domain with an area of Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Eight (30,208) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following provisional technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 392-D-2-A-2, Psd-112402-041503, being a portion of Lot 392-D-2-A (LRC) Psd-74029, situated in the Barrio of Matina, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 392-D-1 (LRC) Psd-58127; along lines 4-5-6 by Lot 392-D-2-B (LRC) Psd-74029; along line 6-7 by Lot 392-E, Psd-24499; on the SE., along line 7-8 by National Highway; along lines 8-9-1 by Lot 392-D-2-A-1, of the subdivision plan; on the SW., along line 1-2 by Ma-a Road; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 392-G, Psd-24499.
