PROCLAMATION NO.1580

DECLARING TUESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2008, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, RIZAL

WHEREAS, Tuesday, August 19, 2008, the Municipality of Angono, Rizal marks the celebration of the signing of its independence as a municipality;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Angono, Rizal, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, August 19, 2008, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Angono, Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
