PROCLAMATION NO. 1618

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH SHALL STAND ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND LOCATED AT SENATOR GIL PUYAT AVENUE CORNER ZODIAC AND JUPITER STREETS, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 08-002 dated 09 January 2008 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the SM Makati CyberZone 2 Building as an Information Technology Center which shall stand on two parcels of land of the private domain located at Senator Gil Puyat Avenue corner Zodiac and Jupiter Streets, Makati City, containing an aggregate area of Four Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Seven (4,437) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1-N of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-181302 approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 1, (LRC) Psd-170741, LRC Rec. No. 2029), situated in the Municipality of Makati, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., points 7 to 1 by Lot 2 (LRC) Psd-170741 (road widening) and beyond by Jupiter Street 17.50 m. wide on the SE., points 1 to 2 by Lot 1-0 of the subdivision plan; on the SW., points 2 to 4 by Street Lot 10 (LRC) Pcs-666; beyond by Buendia Avenue 35.00 m. wide, Street Lot 1 (LRC) Psd-5014 and on the NW., points 4 to 5 by Lot 1-M and on the NE., and NW., points 5 to 7 by Lot 1-P both of the subdivision plan.
