EXCLUDING FROM THE COVERAGE OF TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE (TCT) NO. 210672 AN AREA OF 4.7 HECTARES AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR THE KALINGA SA KAWAL OFF-BASE HOUSING PROJECT OF THE 303rd BRIGADE, PHILIPPINE ARMY, SITUATED IN BARANGAY MINOYAN, MUNICIPALITY OF MURCIA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, ISLAND OF NEGROS
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare a parcel of land, portion of Lot 871-A, Psd-06-001710, consisting of FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND (47,000) SQUARE METERS, for Off-Base Housing Site purposes in favor of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine Army, subject to private rights, if any there be and to final survey, situated in Barangay Minoyan, Municipality of Murcia, Province of Negros Occidental, Island of Negros.

The tract or tracts of land reserved under the provisions of Section 83, Chapter XII, Title V of the Public Land Act shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable under the provisions of said Act or by proclamation of the President.
