PROCLAMATION NO. 1938

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2009, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Taal, Batangas marks the feast of its patron saint, St. Martin de Tours on Wednesday, November 11, 2009;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of me Municipality of Taal, Batangas, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the special religious event that magnifies the overflowing blessings and graces, it is but fitting and proper to declare November 11, 2009 as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, November 11, 2009, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taal, Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 10th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Nine.
