PROCLAMATION NO. 1955

DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2009 AS SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, Friday, December 18, 2009, marks the 10th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Tuguegarao;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare December 18, 2009 as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, December 18, 2009 as special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 27th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Nine.
