PROCLAMATION NO. 1983

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 3, 2010, marks the 60th Foundation Day anniversary of Cabanatuan City;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Cabanatuan the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare February 3, 2010 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 3, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 21st day of January, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten.
