PROCLAMATION NO. 2002

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-

WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 24, 2010, marks the Charter Day anniversary of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare February 24, 2010 as non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 24, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 18th day of February, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten.
