RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN AS OFFICE SITE PURPOSES FOR THE NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION, SITUATED IN LAPU-LAPU ST., ZONE III, DIGOS CITY, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserved as office site purposes under the administration of the National Irrigation Administration (NIA), subject to private rights, if any there be certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Lapu-Lapu St., Zone III, Digos City, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follow, to wit:

(Portion of Lot 59, Tss-233-D)
A PARCEL OF LAND identified as Lot 59-A, Csd-11-015010-D, a portion of Lot 59, Tss-233-D, situated in Lapu-Lapu St., Zone III, City of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao.
Bounded at a point marked ‘1’ on plan being S. 58-49′ W., 1836.60 m. from BLLM No. 7, Cad-275, thence:
N. 86-54′ W.,
26.04 m. to point 2;
N. 86-53′ W.,
26.00 m. to point 3;
N. 03-05′ E.,
60.25 m. to point 4;
S. 86-54′ E.,
52.06 m. to point 5;
S. 03-05′ W.,
60.25 m. to point of
beginning. Containing an area of THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX (3,136) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All corners marked on the plan are ‘PS’ Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15×50 cm. Bearing True. Date of Original Survey September 12 to November 30, 1952; Date of Subdivision Survey January 8, 2002 by Geodetic Engineer Nemesio C. Bernabe and was approved on May 21, 2002.”
