AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 370 DATED FEBRUARY 17, 1953 WHICH RESERVED FOR GOVERNMENT PURPOSES, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, BY GRANTING OWNERSHIP TO THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF PIGCAWAYAN
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 370, granting Ownership in favor of the Municipal Government of Pigcawayan, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land situated in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Pigcawayan, Province of North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which parcels are more particularly described as follows:
