DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 9, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING)
DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, BATANGAS
WHEREAS, Wednesday, June 9, 2010, the Municipality of Rosario, Batangas marks the commemoration of its Foundation Day anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Rosario, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 9, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Rosario, Batangas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
