DECLARING MONDAY, JUNE 7, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING)
DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE
WHEREAS, Monday, June 7, 2010, the Province of Zamboanga del Norte marks the commemoration of its 58th Foundation Day anniversary;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEANDRO R. MENDOZA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, June 7, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
