MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 2

DIRECTING ALL DEPARTMENT, BUREAUS, OFFICES AND AGENCIES, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT OWNED AND  CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS AND GOVERNMENT FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, TO CONDUCT AN INVENTORY OF ALL ASSETS, BANK ACCOUNTS, FEES CHARGED AND POTENTIAL SOURCES OF REVENUE.

To be able to comprehensively determine the financial status of the National Government, all departments, bureaus, offices and agencies, including government owned and controlled corporations and government financial institutions are hereby directed to conduct an inventory of all assets, bank accounts, fees charged and potential sources of revenue. For this purpose, they are required to submit a report to the Secretary of Finance on or before July 23, 2010, with the format hereto attached as Annex “A”.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
