RECONSTITUTION OF THE DISPOSAL COMMITTEE IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

Pursuant to Executive Order No. 309 dated 8 March 1996, Memorandum Order No. 313 dated 31 March 2010, is hereby amended so as reconstitute the Disposal Committee in the Office of the President as follows:

Director IV, Malacanang Records Office

The Assets Management Office (AMO) shall act as the Secretariat of the Disposal Committee, to handle all the Committee’s technical and administrative matters as as the safekeeping and systematic filing of Committee documents and records, pursuant to Section 8 of Executive Order No. 888 dated 18 March 1983.
