PROCLAMATION NO. 29

DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2010, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN

WHEREAS, September 26, 2010, marks the 150th year anniversary as a Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of  the Municipality of Naval, Biliran celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, September 27, 2010 be declared as special non-working day instead of September 26, 2010, which falls on a Sunday ;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO II, do hereby delcare Monday, September 27, 2010, as special (non-working) say in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 6th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten.
