PROCLAMATION NO. 38

DECLARING MONDAY, OCTOBER 4, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF INFANTA, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Infanta, Pangasinan was given the name Infanta by the Superior Decree of October 4, 1876, hence, the Municipality of Infanta, Pangasinan was created;

WHEREAS, Monday, October 4, 2010 marks the 134th Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Infanta, Pangasinan;

WHEREAS, in order to give the constituents of the Municipality of Infanta, Pangasinan, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare October 4, 2010 as special non-working day;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, October 4, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Infanta, Pangasinan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
