PROCLAMATION NO. 52

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AROROY, PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, Aroroy was created into municipality on November 17, 1903 by virtue of Act No. 993;

WHEREAS, Wednesday, November 17, 2010 marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Aroroy, Masbate;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municiplaity of Aroroy, Masbate, the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare November 17, 2010 as special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR. Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, November 17, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Aroroy, Masbate.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and cause the seal of the Republic of the Philippine to be affixed.
