PROCLAMATION NO. 54
DECLARING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET
WHEREAS, Tuesday, November 23, 2010, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Benguet;
WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Benguet the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare November 23, 2010 as special non-working day;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR. Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, November 23, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and cause the seal of the Republic of the Philippine to be affixed.
