PROCLAMATION NO. 57

DECLARING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Taal, Batangas marks the feast of its patron saint, St. Martin de Tours on Thursday, November 11, 2010;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Taal, Batangas the opportunity to participate and celebrate the special religious event that magnifies the overflowing blessings and graces, it is but fitting and proper to declare November 11, 2010 as a special non-working day;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO, do hereby declare November 11, 2010 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taal, Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in this 5th day of November, in the year of Our Lord Two Thousand and Ten.
