DECLARING SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY
WHEREAS, Saturday, November 13, 2010, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO, do hereby declare November 13, 2010 as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
