PROCLAMATION NO. 69

DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2010, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, December 2, 2010, marks the 147th Foundation Anniversary of the Pasay City;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of Pasay City the opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare December 2, 2010 as special non-working day;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday,  December 2, 2010 as special (non-working) day in Pasay city.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the city of Manila, this 15th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten.
