PROCLAMATION NO. 71

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 8, 2010, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Batangas;

WHEREAS, to give the people of the Province of Batangas the opportunity to celebrate the milestone in the history of their province, it is but fitting and proper to declare December 8, 2010 as special non0-working day;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 8, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Ten.
