PROCLAMATION NO. 87

DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 23, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYAWAN , PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Thursday, December 23, 2010, marks the 10th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Bayawan;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Bayawan participate and celebrate the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare December 23, 2010 as a non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, December 23, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the City of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
