PROCLAMATION NO. 90

DECLARING SATURDAY, JANUARY 15, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, Saturday, January 15, 2011 marks the celebration of the Feast Day of Saint Paul, the First Hermit, the patron saint of San Pablo City;

WHEREAS, coinciding with the feast day is the holding of the 16th Coconut Festival and Street Dancing Competition (Mardi Gras);

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Saturday, January 15, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be fixed.
