PROCLAMATION NO. 103

DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN LAOAG CITY

WHEREAS, Thursday, February 10, 2011, the City of Laoag marks the “Laoag City Day” in honor of the feast of its patron saint, St. William the Hermit;

WHERAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, February 10, 2011, as special (non-working) day in Laoag City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
