PROCLAMATION NO. 106

DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2011, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PARAÑAQUE

WHEREAS, Sunday, February 13, 2011 marks the cityhood anniversary of the City of Parañaque;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Parañaque, participate in the occasion, the Office of the City Administrator requested that Monday, February 14, 2011, be declared as special (non-working) day instead of February 13, 2011, which falls on a Sunday.

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Parañaque be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with the appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, February 14, 2011, as special (non-working) day in the City of Parañaque.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
