PROCLAMATION NO. 116

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY MAMPLASAN, BIÑAN, LAGUNA AS AN INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING LAGUNA  TECHNOPARK SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Resolution No. 10-323 dated 16 July 2010, as amended by Resolution No. 10-458 dated 22 September 2010, of the Board of Director s of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, certain parcel of land located at Barangay Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna for inclusion of existing Laguna Technopark Special Economic Zone with an area of Eighty Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Four (80,784) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of Land (Lot 2655-New of Biñan Estate, LRC (GLRO) Record No. 8374), situated in the municipality in the Biñan, province of Laguna.
