FURTHER RECONSTITUTING THE SELECTION BOARD FOR FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL CAREER POSITIONS AND THE SPECIAL BOARD FOR THIRD LEVEL CAREER POSITIONS IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT PROPER INTO ONE (1) SELECTION AND PROMOTIONS BOARD

The OP Selection and Promotions Board (OPSPB) for First and Second Level Career Positions and the OP Special Board (OPSB) for Third Level Career Positions, as reconstituted under Memorandum Order No. 7, dated October 22, 2010 is hereby further reconstituted, as follows:

OPSPB for All Career Positions

Chairman
– Deputy Executive Secretary (DES) for Finance and Administration

Vice-Chairman
– DES for Legal Affairs

Members
– DES for General Administration

– DES for Internal Audit

– Chief-of-Staff of the Executive Secretary

– Undersecretary, OES

– One (1) Representative each from:

1. The OP Career Executive Service Officers Association, Inc.

2. 1st Level Positions

3. 2nd Level Positions

– Head of Office where the vacancy exists

The Human Resources Management Office shall provide secretarial services to the aforecited Board.
