DECLARING MONDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARGARITA, PROVINCE OF SAMAR
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Samar marks the celebration of its foundation day anniversary on Monday, 28 November 2011;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Samar be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Monday, 28 November 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Province of Samar.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
