MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR

No. 07 s. 2011

His Excellency, President Benigno S. Aquino III, directed the Chair of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, through Administrative Order No. 23 (A023), to Chair and organize the steering committee on national observances. A copy of AO 23 is attached herewith.

Pursuant to and by virtue of the authority granted under AO 23, the Presidential Communications Development and Strategic Planning Office, Office of the President, is hereby designated member of the Steering Committee on National Observances and the Technical Working Committees for Araw ng Kagitingan, independence Day, National Heroes Day, Bonifacio Day, Rizal Day and other historical celebrations in accordance with existing laws, rules and regulations.
