CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A 1,857 SQUARE-METER LOT, LOCATED AT BLOCK 12, ORTIGAS AVENUE CORNER ROOSEVELT STREET, BARANGAY GREENHILLS, SAN JUAN CITY, METRO MANILA, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011) and Resolution No. 11-235 (s. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, the BTTC Center, as an information Technology Center, which is being constructed on a lot identified as Lot 17, located at Block 12, Ortigas Avenue corner Roosevelt Street, Barangay Greenhills, San Juan City, Metro Manila, containing an area of One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Seven (1,857) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 17, Block 12, of the subd. plan [LRC] Psd-66759, being a portion of the land described on [LRC] Pcn-297, LRC [GLRO] Rec. Nos. 699, 875 & 917), situated in the Bo. of Mapuntod, Mun. of San Juan, Prov. of Rizal.

Bounded on the NE., points 3 to 4 by Ditch-2; on the SE., Points 4 to 5 by Lot 16, Block 12; on the SW., points 5 to 1 by Road Lot 16; on the NW., points 1 to 3 by Road Lot 24, all of the subd. plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 46 deg. 32’E., 2796.53 m. from BLLM 1, Wack-Wack;
