PROCLAMATION NO. 530

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A LAND, LOCATED AT 120 E. RODRIGUEZ JR. AVENUE CORNER ORTIGAS AVENUE, BARANGAY UGONG, PASIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011) and Resolution No. 11-521 (s. 2011), as amended, of the PEZA Board of Directors, a building, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, known as Alaska Land, Inc., which stands on a land located at 120 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue corner Ortigas Avenue, Barangay Ugong, Pasig City, containing an area of Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Five (13,665) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 2-A-3-B-1

A parcel of land [Lot 2-A-3-B-1, being a portion of the consolidation of Lot 2-A-3-B, (LRC), PSD-274530], situated in the Barangay of Ugong, Mun. of Pasig, Province of Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 84 deg. 46’E., 3,182.06 m. from BLLM 1, Wak-Wak;

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed hereto.
