RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY PATAGUELEG, MUNICIPALITY OF PEÑABLANCA, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON FOR HOUSING SITE PURPOSES OF EMPLOYEES OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF CAGAYAN AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF CAGAYAN

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law:I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve certain parcels of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Patagueleg, Municipality of Peñablanca, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon for housing site purposes of the employees of the Provincial Government of Cagayan and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Provincial Government of Cagayan, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows, to wit:

The DENR Secretary is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding Special Patent in favor of the Provincial Government of Cagayan.
