MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 46

AUTHORIZING ALL GOVERNMENT DENTISTS TO EXTEND SUPPORT AND PARTICIPATE IN THE “10TH ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE PHILIPPINE DENTAL ASSOCIATION”

The Philippine Dental Association (PDA) will host the 104th Annual Convention of PDA to be held at the SM Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City on 09-14 April 2013, with the theme: “Intensifying Professionalism.”

The convention is in accordance with Republic Act No. 9484 or “The Philippine Dental Act of 2007” which recognizes the importance of continuing professional education programs among practicing dentists, dental hygienists and dental technologists. The event also aims to keep dentists informed of the recent technological developments on oral healthcare.

In this regard, all government dentists are hereby encouraged to extend support and participate in the said convention, subject to the approval of their respective heads of offices, and according to the regular procedures for leaves of absences and availability of funds.

This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
