PROCLAMATION NO. 780

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT JUPITER STREET CORNER N. GARCIA STREET, BARANGAY BEL-AIR, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 12-178 (s. 2012) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the JAZZ IT Center, which stands on a parcel of land, located at Jupiter Street corner N. Garcia Street, Barangay Bel-Air, Makati City, containing an area of Twenty-Five Thousand (25,000) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1-A-2, of the subdivision plan [LRA] PSD-372973, approved as a non-subdivision project being a portion of Lot 1-A, [LRC] PSD-33388 LRC Rec. No. 2029) situated in the City of Makati, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SE., points 9 to 14 by Reposo Street (18.00 m. wide) (Street Lot 11 [LRC] PSD-6108); on the SE., and NE., points 14 to 16 and 16 to 1 by Lot 1-B (LRC) PSD-33388; on the SE., and S., points 1 to 7 by Jupiter Street 16.00 m. wide; and on the NW., points 7 to 8 by South Cemetery Psu-21585, City of Manila.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, being S. 65 deg. 49’W., 1873.27 m. from BLLM No. 1, Makati City;
