PROCLAMATION NO. 803

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT BARANGAY BAGACAY, DUMAGUETE CITY, NEGROS ORIENTAL, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s.2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 13-684 (s.2013) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the YY Star DAS Information Technology Center, which stands on a parcel of land, located at Barangay Bagacay, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, containing an area of Four Thousand One Hundred Seventy-Five (4,175) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot5-B, PSD-07-019317

A parcel of land Lot 5-B of the subdivision plan, Psd-07-019317, being a portion of Lot 5, Pcs-07-02-000639, situated in the Barrio of Bagacay, City of Dumaguete, Island of Negros.

Bounded on the NW., along lines 5-6-7-8 by Lot 3237-B, Psd-07-03-0047114, and along lines 8-9-10 by Lot 5837, Dumaguete Cadastre; on the E., along line 10-11 by Lot 4, Pcs-07-02-000639; on the S., along line 11-1 by Provincial Road; on the SW., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Lot 5-A of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 77 deg. 58’W., 431.02 m. from BBM No. 44, Dumaguete Cadastre;

All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 4 and 5 by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 45 cms., and the rest by Old Points; bearings true: date of Original Survey on January-August 1916 and that of the subdivision survey on 17 August 1988 and 27 February 1989 by Geodetic Engineer Justino S. Pinili and approved by the Regional Director, Region Office, Bureau of Lands, Cebu City on 06 July 1989.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed hereto.
