CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING LOCATED AT 968 AURORA BOULEVARD, CUBAO, QUEZON CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s.2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011) and Resolution No. 13-069 (s.2013) of the PEZA Board, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the Anonas LRT City Center, which stands on a parcel of land, located at 968 Aurora Boulevard, Cubao, Quezon City, containing an area of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Eighteen (4,818) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
Lot 1 (Portion of Lot 3), Block 13-B Psd-244
A parcel of land, Lot 1 (Portion of Lot 3, Block No. 13-B, Psd-244, covered by TCT No. RT-3715 (239407) situated in the Barangay San Juan del Monte, Province of Rizal (now Cubao, Quezon City).
Bounded on the E., along line 20-1 by Lot 4, Block 13-B of the subdivision plan on the S., and W., along lines 1-2-3-4-5 by portion of Lot-3, Block 13-B, on the NW., along 5-6 by Provincial Road, along 6-7-8-9 by portion of Lot-3, Block 13-B, along 9-10 by Provincial Road, along 10-11-12-13 by portion of Lot-3, Block 13-B, along 13-14 by Provincial Road, along 14-15-16-17-18-19-20 by portion of Lot-3, Block 13-B.
