CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED ALONG CAPITOL COMMONS, MERALCO AVENUE CORNER SHAW BOULEVARD, BARANGAY ORANBO PASIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me, under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution 11-006 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 11-316 (s. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the Estancia Mall, which stands on a parcel of land, located along Capitol Commons, Meralco Avenue corner Shaw Boulevard, Barangay Oranbo, Pasig City, with an area of Ninety-One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Nine (91,389) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 2, of the consolidation-subdivision plan Pcs-00-012828, being a portion of the consolidation of Lot 1, Pcs-2445 and Lot 50-H-5-C-9-J-65-D, Psd-11748, L.R.C. Record No. 699, 875 and 917), situated in Barangay Oranbo, Pasig, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the SW., along lines 1 to 3 by Shaw Boulevard; on the NW., along lines 4 to 6 by Meralco Avenue; on the NE., along line 6-7 by Lot 7-B, (LRC) Psd-64080; and on the SE., along lines 7 to 9 by Block 2, Road Lot 1 (St. Agustin Street) and Block 1, all of (LRC) Psd-42812; along lines 9 to 11 by Lot 2, Pcs-2445; along lines 11-17-1 by Lot 1 of the consolidation-subdivision plan.
