PROCLAMATION NO. 898
CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED ALONG MCKINLEY ROAD CORNER EPIFANIO DELOS SANTOS AVENUE, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended by RA No. 8748, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-006 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 14-028 (s. 2014) of the PEZA Board, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the McKinley Exchange Corporate Center, which stands on a parcel of land, located along McKinley Road corner Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue, Makati City, containing an area of Four Thousand Five Hundred Thirteen (4,513) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:
Lot 1-A, PSD-00-063922
A parcel of land (Lot 1-A of the subdivision plan PSD-00-063922, being a portion of Lot 1, PSD-00-041341) situated in the Makati City.
Bounded and on the NW., and NE., along lines 1 to 9 by Lot 1-B (Road Widening) of the subdivision plan; on the NE., along line 9-10 by Lot 1-E, PSD-44646 (McKinley Drive, 20.00 m. wide); on the NE., along lines 10-14 by Lot 2, (LRC) PSD-6298; on the SE., and NE., along lines 13-14-15 by Lot 3, (LRC) PSD-6298 (Manila Electric Company); and on the SE., and SW., along lines 15 to 41-1 by Street Lot 4, (LRC) PSD-13529 (15.00 m. wide).
