AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 603 (S. 2004) BY SEGREGATING A PORTION OF THE AREA OF THE NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY AND DECLARING THE SAME AS OFFICE SITE OF THE BANGKO SENTRAL NG PILIPINAS

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 603 dated April 13, 2004, by segregating a portion of the area of the National Food Authority (NFA) and declaring the same as Office Site of the Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas (BSP), subject to private rights and final ground survey, situated in Res. Sec. “J”, Loakan Road, Baguio City, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the E. along line 1-2 and on the S. along line 2-3 by Lot No. 15, Ccs-131102-000030 (portion); along line 3-4 by Lot No. 15, Ccs-131102-000030 (portion) and an Existing Alley (2.00 meters wide); on the SW. along lines 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13 by Loakan Road (30.00 meters wide); on the SW., NW. and N. along lines 13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30-31-32-33-34-35-36-37-38-39-40-41-42-43-44-45-46-47-48-49-50-51-1 by Lot No. 15, Ccs-131102-000030 (portion).

Resty A. Sagun and was approved on December 26, 2012.

Note: This Lot encompasses a Road Easement of 15.00 m. wide along lines 3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11 -12-13-14-15-3.
