PROCLAMATION NO. 1005
CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND, LOCATED AT LEVISTE STREET, SALCEDO VILLAGE, CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, MAKATI CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 08-491 (s. 2008), of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as The Peak Tower, with a gross floor area of Thirty-Three Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Four (33,154) square meters, more or less, which stands on a parcel of land, located at No. 107 Leviste Street, Salcedo Village 1227, Central Business District, Makati City, containing an area of Eight Hundred Forty (840) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 7, Block 1, of the consolidation-subdivision plan [LRC] Pcs-6820, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 1-29 Block 3; Lots 1-26, Block 4; Lot 1-33, Block 5; Lots 1-24, Block 6; Lots 1-39, Block 7; Lots 3-6 [LRC Psd-6086, LRC Rec. No. 2029]), situated in the City of Makati, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon.
Bounded on the NE., points 1 to 2 by Street Lot, Leviste Street (formerly Alfaro) (17.00 m. wide) on the SE., points 2 to 3 by Lot 8; Block 1 on the SW., points 3 to 4 by Street Lot 13 (10.00 m. wide) and on the NW., points 4 to 1 by Lot 6, Block 1 all of the consolidation-subdivision plan.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 60 deg. 27’W., 1,641.68 m. from BLLM No. 1, Municipality of (now City) Makati, Rizal; thence:
