[REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10670]
AN ACT NAMING THE DIVERSION ROAD IN TACLOBAN CITY, LEYTE AS GOV. BENJAMIN “KOKOY” T. ROMUALDEZ DIVERSION ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The diversion road in Tacloban City, Leyte shall hereinafter be known as Gov. Benjamin “Kokoy” T. Romualdez Diversion Road.
SEC. 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
