Article 1. Ratification of the Agreement
The Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, acting pursuant to Article 67(16) and Article 138(1)(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania and having regard to Decree No 1K-620 of the President of the Republic of 25 February 2011 and the Declaration of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania of 14 May 2009 on the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden on the Common Point of the Boundaries of the Exclusive Economic Zones and Continental Shelf in the Baltic Sea, hereby ratifies the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden on the Common Point of the Boundaries of the Exclusive Economic Zones and Continental Shelf in the Baltic Sea, done at Vilnius on 30 November 2005.
