THE appointment of THE competent authoritY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF the EUROPEAN CONVENTION ON CINEMATOGRAPHIC CO-PRODUCTION

Acting pursuant to the Law on the Ratification of the European Convention on Cinematographic Co-production, the Government of the Republic of Lithuania has resolved:

1. To appoint the Lithuanian Film Centre under the Ministry of Culture as the competent authority for the implementation of the provisions of the European Convention on Cinematographic Co-production;

2. To repeal the Resolution No 18 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 7 January 2000 on the Appointment of the Competent Authority for the Implementation of the Provisions of the European Convention on Cinematographic Co-production.
