The Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania,
pursuant to Article 1806 of the Statute of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, having debated the conclusion of the Seimas Committee on European Affairs on a possible breach of the principle of subsidiarity by the proposal of the European Commission for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council  amending Directive 96/71/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council  of 16 December 1996 concerning the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services, COM (2016) 128,
approves the conclusion of the Seimas Committee on European Affairs on a possible breach of the principle of subsidiarity by the proposal of the European Commission for a Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 96/71/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 1996 concerning the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services, COM (2016) 128.
