Invoking subparagraph 16 of Article 67 and subparagraph 6 of paragraph 1 of Article 138 of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania, and having regard to Decree No 121 of the President of the Republic of 4 November 2004, the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania ratifies the Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe done at Rome, 29 October 2004.

I promulgate this Law passed by the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania.
