The Government of the Republic of Lithuania, having regard to the claims of Parkerings-Compagniet A/S, a company registered in the Kingdom of Norway, against the Republic of Lithuania related to the investment of the above-mentioned company in the public parking infrastructure of Vilnius city, has r e s o l v e d:

1. To authorise the Ministry of Justice to represent the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in the proceedings related to the protection of interests of the Republic of Lithuania in the arbitration procedure at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes and at any other dispute settlement institutions of the Republic of Lithuania and foreign countries in resolving the dispute between Parkerings-Compagniet A/S and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania over the investment into the public parking infrastructure of Vilnius city (arrangement and performance of purchase of legal services, conclusion of contracts with Lithuanian and/or foreign lawyers and delegation of powers to them to represent the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, coordination of their activities related to the representation and performance of any other related activities).

2. To instruct the Ministry of Justice to put forward a proposal to the Ministry of Finance on the allocation of funds for the performance of the functions provided for in Paragraph 1.
