Board of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania hereby decides:

1. To approve the engagement of the Office of the Seimas, as a separate appropriation manager, in the 2012-2014 Inter-institutional Action Plan for the Preparation for the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union in 2013.

2. To approve the Plenary Chamber of the Seimas as the venue of the parliamentary events in the framework of  the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union from 1 July until 31 December 2013, with the exception of the COSAC Plenary Meeting. The timetable of the sittings in the 3^rd (autumn) session of the Seimas 2012-2016 term in office shall be prepared, adopted, and coordinated with the list of the parliamentary events.

3. To adopt a separate decision on the specific and coordinated timetable of the parliamentary events to be held in the second half of 2013 in the framework of the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union from 1 July until 31 December 2013.
